Surflocal is a tracking free zone. We do not have any popup's, spy ware, ad tracking cookies and we do not install ANY 3rd party software or cookies to capture your data during your visit. We also implement Spam Poison to prevent spam bots from capturing information of our adverisers.

Privacy Policy: All personal information obtained by Surflocal forms will be kept in strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any one other than a Surflocal.Pro representative without express written consent of and upon request by the visitor. In other words, we do not sell your information to 3rd parties.

COPYRIGHT

All information, graphics, themes, programs, etc. contained which are property of Surflocal.Pro require you to ask permission to use our information by contacting the Administrator. No person may use these graphics, logos, trademarks or service marks of Surflocal.Pro, in any manner, without the express written permission of the Administrator.

All other information, graphics, themes, programs ect are used with the permission of the copyright holders according to their individual terms of service and permissions are on file. Either in a written form or expressly granted.

Most photos are taken by and are property of Surflocal Media.  In some events, other photographers/photographs are used with permission and credits will be noted on that page. City Slide Show photos were provided by the Chambers of Commerce, the Visitors Bureaus, or sent in by residents of that city.

Surflocal.pro will not regularly review the content of the web pages you create. You are solely responsible for everything contained in your web pages. Surflocal.pro will not verify, endorse or otherwise control the contents of any of your web pages. 

All opinions and views expressed at the web sites belong to the respective owner and are NOT supported by Surflocal.pro. All terms and conditions, apply to every advertisement.  Surflocal.Pro will not be responsible for the accuracy of any web advertising and/or for delivery of any goods and services offered by advertisers. By creating a website with our system, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.  If you create a website with us and break the terms and conditions, you will forfit your set up fee and we will take down the site immediateley. There will be NO REFUNDS. 

Please be advised that you can be held legally liable for the content of your web pages and may be held legally accountable if your web pages include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law without the permission of the owner. 

By using Surflocal.pro Easy Web generator, ad creator, editing tools & web hosting you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surflocal.pro for any loss, liability, claim, damage, attorneys fees and other expenses arising from or in connection with the contents of your web pages or use of your member account.  Surflocal.pro shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with Surflocal.pro business web pages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, loss of privacy, damages to third party, even if Surflocal.pro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claims based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise. The following use of your Surflocal Website/ Web Ads is NOT allowed:
 

  • 1. Copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement, including but not limited to offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs, serial or registration numbers for software programs, copyrighted music, copyrighted images; copyrighted texts etc.
  • 2. Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age;
  • 3. Displaying material containing nudity, sexual or pornographic material of any kind. Acceptable material would be advertising for swimsuits and lingerie items from approved advertisers; 
  • 4. Providing material that is offensive to the online community, including but not limited to profanity, bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, witchcraft, WICCA, satanism, occult, etc.
  • 5. Involvement in illegal activities, promoting or providing information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals Defaming any person or group;
  • 6. Offline or online gaming or gambling; illegal gaming or gambling.
  • 7. Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your home page;
  • 8.  Developing restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
  • 9. Using your page (or directory) as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another home page, whether inside or beyond Surflocal.pro;
  • 10. Conducting raffles or contests that require any type of entry fee;
  • 11. Developing home pages or that consist of hyperlinks to content not allowed in Surflocal.pro.
  • 12. Gathering personally identifiable information for commercial or unlawful purposes. Suflocal has a blanket privacy policy. All advertisers need to be aware that by using Surflocal, you agree not to gather information from your web visitors for the purpose of selling their information to 3rd parties.

Surflocal.Pro will not be responsible for the accuracy of any web advertising and/or for delivery of any goods and services offered by advertisers. Surflocal.Pro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Surflocal  has a zero tolerance anti-spamming policy. You are NOT allowed to use your Surflocal.pro member account for the purpose of "spamming" individuals and/or newsgroups; conducting unwanted solicitations of groups or individuals, harassing or threatening anyone, or for the purpose of conducting any other unethical or illegal activities. Surflocal.pro will not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, ethnicity, etc..except as stated elsewhere in this disclamer. We do however, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Surflocal.pro is NOT a judge. We advise both parties in a dispute about any web content to resolve the matter between them and/or with the respective authorities. 

Surflocal.pro reserves the right to close any surflocal business web site and/or e-mail account at its sole discretion. If a web site does not comply with these terms, the ad will be immediately taken down and all fees will be surrendered to Surflocal.Pro. There will be no refunds for any reason.  Surflocal.pro reserves the right to amend this document from time to time without a notice.  Please report to agent@surflocal.pro any abuse or non compliance with the rules listed here. Because we are extremely cautious with our brand and the brands we represent we ask that advertisers and resellers adhere closely to these requirements. Any violations to this agreement may result in immediate termination from the Surflocal Website Marketing Program.
